Membership Application



The following membership categories entitle the member, spouse and dependent children the use of the golf course (excluding cart rental), the swimming pool, tennis courts and participation in a variety of social activities:

Resident Membership $137.33 Monthly Dues
Applicant 18 years of age and older
Eligible for one vote at called meetings
Eligible for one individual to serve on the CGCC Board of Directors


Senior Membership $82.92 Monthly Dues
Applicants 80 years of age or older
Eligible for one vote at called meetings
Eligible for one individual to serve on the CGCC Board of Directors


Junior Executive Membership $82.92 Monthly Dues
Applicants 18-35 years of age
Not eligible to vote at called meetings
Not eligible to serve on the CGCC Board of Directors


Non-Resident Membership $76.67 Monthly Dues
Applicants 18 years of age and older
Residence outside of Bertie, Chowan, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Tyrrell and Washington counties
Not eligible to vote at called meetings
Not eligible to serve on the CGCC Board of Directors


The Social membership category entitles the member, spouse and dependent children the use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and participation in a variety of social activities. Golf privileges are limited to greens fees (excluding cart) for 4 rounds of golf per year.

Social Membership $43.17 Monthly Dues
Applicants 18 years of age and older
Eligible for one vote at called meetings
Eligible for one individual to serve on the CGCC Board of Directors


The Business Membership category entitles the business owner, spouse and dependent children the use of the golf course (excluding cart rental), the swimming pool, tennis courts and participation in a variety of social activities.

Business Membership $137.33 Monthly Dues
The membership is maintained in the business's name with a designated owner/executive.
The owner/executive, spouse and dependent children have access to all club facilities.
The owner/executive is eligible to vote at called meetings
The owner/executive is eligible to serve on the CGCC Board of Directors
Additional employees who pay $132.50 monthly can access all club facilities (as in the Resident Membership)
Additional employees who pay $41.67 monthly can access pool, tennis and social activities but golf privileges are limited to greens fees (excluding cart) for 4 rounds of golf per year.
No additional members are eligible to vote or serve on the Board of Directors.
